Community Outreach
Paul’s Pantry
Each year during the busy holiday season, our team volunteers at Paul’s Pantry, helping to sort, pack, and distribute food to families in need. By supporting the increased demand during this time, we contribute to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to nutritious meals and continue our commitment to giving back.
Supplying to Local High Schools
Partnering with local high schools like West De Pere, Preble, and West Green Bay, we provide materials, tooling, and educational support for their manufacturing programs. Through this collaboration, we help equip students with the resources they need to develop hands-on skills and prepare for careers in the manufacturing industry.
Skill Development
We believe in building the future of manufacturing by investing directly in people. Rather than waiting for talent to emerge, we help create it, offering young workers real-world experience, removing financial barriers, and supporting growth at every stage of their journey. It’s all part of our commitment to a stronger, more capable workforce.

As dedicated members of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA), Machine Plus LLC and Fabrication Excellence actively support the growth and development of manufacturing in our region. Through our involvement with the alliance, we contribute to workforce development initiatives by offering internships, apprenticeships, and training opportunities that help close the skills gap and prepare the next generation of manufacturing talent.
In addition to workforce development, we participate in NEWMA’s outreach programs, which promote manufacturing careers to students and job seekers. By showcasing the industry’s innovation, advanced technology, and growth potential, we work to change perceptions and attract new talent to the field. Our collaboration with other alliance members also allows us to share best practices, solve common challenges, and stay ahead of industry trends, ultimately contributing to the success of our businesses and the entire regional manufacturing sector.

Youth Apprenticeship

At Machine Plus LLC and Fabrication Excellence, we are committed to fostering the next generation of manufacturing talent through our involvement in the Youth Apprenticeship Program. We’ve hired numerous students from the program, providing them with valuable, hands-on experience in the industry while they continue their education.
Our commitment to these apprentices extends beyond the program itself. We recognize the importance of continuous learning, so we have financially supported these students in their further education, ensuring they have the skills and education needed to thrive in their careers. We received an award from Pulaski High School for our continued involvement in their youth apprenticeship program.
