Sheet Metal Manufacturing Specifications & Capabilities
Our advanced 5-axis tube laser sets us apart in the industry, offering unmatched precision and versatility for cutting round, rectangular, angled, and channel profiles up to 6 inches in diameter. This capability enables us to efficiently process complex geometries and deliver high-quality results on a wide range of tubing projects, a service few shops can offer. In addition to tube laser processing, our facility features two flatbed lasers with 60” x 120” cutting areas and the ability to cut up to 1/2” thick material. We offer a comprehensive range of sheet metal fabrication services, including roll forming with material up to 7-gauge thickness, stainless bead blasting, polishing, and light assembly. Our team includes four skilled welders proficient in both MIG and TIG welding. We’re also equipped with an Amada HFA400W horizontal fully automatic saw for fast and consistent cutting, as well as a range of brake presses rated at 60, 125, and 250 tons to meet diverse forming needs.
Quality Control
Our 3D 5-axis Mastercam CMM is a versatile tool that shows deviation and produces ISO-compliant inspection reports. It can be used to build models from old parts and, when linked without CNC programming software, becomes an economical solution for us and our customers. The CMM comes equipped with Verisurf software, offering various functionalities, including Measure, a metrology tool for feature-based part inspection, and Automate, which enables fast and easy CMM programming and operation. Additionally, it enables data analysis by comparing inspection results with nominal CAD models and supports real-time, model-based inspection and assembly through the Build feature. With Powerful reverse engineering software, Revers, and efficient laser projector programming via Project, the CMM also validates CAD models to prevent manufacturing errors.
The Fowler Trimos Type V4-700 electronic Height Gauge further enhances our inspection capabilities, allowing for accurate and fast inspections that adhere to ISO standards. Our Inspection Department provides full inspection sheets; all inspection tools are certified annually. We maintain complete maintenance programs to ensure a 99.7% on-time delivery rate, with customer returns as low as 0.05%.
